I was bound and could not find my way
So I repented and began to pray
Dear Heavenly Father, please forgive me
of all my sin and set me free
I am very sorry for all the wrong I have done
Please grant me grace through the blood of your Son
Please take control of my mortal life
And loose the chains of human strife
Please endow me with your precious Holy Ghost
And teach me to love, for I need it the most
Father please save me, that I might be free
And blot out my transgression so that I might live eternally

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just
