There is one thing that crowds my mind
but I know this quest will only throw me behind
my inner most self wants to do what’s right
but my flesh is victorious in this travail fight
In the Lord Jesus I want to trust
but I’m yet a victim of worldly lust
enjoying the pleasure that fast life brings
but yet hoping that in God’s presence one day I’ll sing
God please help me to fulfill this quest
to overcome the world and give you my best
help me to stand up and proclaim my rightful fame
living my life in Jesus name.
